You'll feel at ease right away with our process. Before we let any new cleaner into your beautiful home they go through a 16-hour video course we created just for our employees. It covers everything from how to shake your hand to carefully protecting your floors and furniture with our special drip rugs. After the online course, our new hires practice hands-on at our own house and office. They must become proficient before we send them to your house. When they pass a final white glove inspection we put them on an 80 hour hands-on training period. After this, they are put on a team with other experienced cleaners.
 

Background Checked and Insured

You will notice that our employees wear name badges.  This is to show that they have been thoroughly background-checked by "Ask The Seal". When we leave your property the only thing missing will be the dirt! If you would like to see the most recent background check scan the QR code on the name badge. You will be sent right to that tech's most recent check. You will also be sent this information when you confirm an appointment with us. You are protected by our 2 million in liability insurance. Our employees are protected by workman's compensation insurance.

Matt has been one of the fastest learners we have ever had. He is also one of the hardest working. No matter where he is, or what job he is was assigned, we know that it is getting done right and it's going smoothly. He also has incredible organizational skills. His crew's truck and equipment is always neat and orderly because he leads by example.
